Our modern machinery includes high-performance automatic stamping presses with a pressing force of up to 110 tonnes and a speed of up to 1000 strokes per minute. Sophisticated production control ensures consistent quality from the first to the last part. Special machines for further processing round off our machine park.

Heat treatment takes place in our own hardening shop. This means that the key processes are carried out in-house, guaranteeing the consistently high quality of our products. We realise edge rounding on our vibratory finishing systems.

Specific customer requirements such as optical sorting or various surface coatings are carried out by certified partners audited by us.
